THE TASTE OF ITALY

The idea is to offer a journey of taste through the specialities of Italian cuisine. The wines are the result of a careful selection covering almost all Italian regions. The cheeses, the cured meats and other products are the results of handcrafted products that preserve the flavours and aromas of our traditions. Proof of this is the large number of products offered by the brand Slow Food.
The project, to be completed later by a shop area, is to allow the customer to discover certain specialities in the restaurant. They can then buy the same products in the specialist food and wine shop and use them in their cooking at home. The Restaurateur becomes a sort of consultant who educates and engages the consumer in the knowledge of the quality of the products.
The customer can enjoy the dinner as a tasting , a discovery of flavours preserved by the passion of the producers.
